Thank you for your question. The Home Speaker 500 is part of our new family of Smart Home speakers. The Home Speaker 500 is engineered to connect with other Smart Home speakers such as the Soundbar 500 and Soundbar 700. The speaker is not compatible with SoundTouch speakers.

Speakers must be on the Soundtouch platform to be synced with one another. I looked at the new 500 and 700 and they are not.
