Good addition to the Bose ST system
||Posted .I purchased the SoundTouch 10 to add on to my Bose SoundTouch 300 Sound Bar, Acoustimass sub, and virtually invisible speakers.. The speaker is surprisingly powerful for its size.. works great for playing music while synced with the rest of my system. However after numerous attempts I cannot seem to get the SoundTouch 10 to sync with the rest of my system for Television and movies.. there is a delay. Hoping Bose will have an update that fixes this or one of my troubleshooting attempts becomes successful. In the meantime I will just be using it for music.

Big things come in small packages
||Posted .“Big things come in small packages” is what I titled this review because I was quite surprised with the big, full, and rich sound that came from this small speaker! I’ve had stereo systems that have had huge woofers/tweeters and the sound from this little speaker is comparable to that! I was quite impressed! In fact I bought this one as well as the one that is a little bit smaller than this one.

Great product, bad Open Box experience
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This Bose speaker is wonderful. It boasts a lot of sound for such a small speaker. Bose is such an amazing company. My complaint, though, was with Best Buy's Open Box purchase. I attached a couple pictures to show the condition of the speaker and manual when I opened the box. Literally, it looked like someone scarfed down a sandwich and wiped their mouth with the manual. Even the speaker was affected. Freaking gross.

Awesome speaker!
||Posted .I got this speaker by a last minute change of heart. I was originally there for a Sony speaker that I've had my eye on for awhile to use in my home gym. Once I found the speaker I noticed it was huge, that's when someone who represents Bose approach me. After telling him what I was there and that I had a budget of $200 or less he suggested this speaker. I couldn't be any happier great sound and bass. I found a mount for it on Amazon and the rest is history. I can add more speakers if I desire to do so, but one is enough for now. Highly recommended

Nice speaker
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. It's a great speaker, Like all other Bose speakers bass and treble are automatic but with this speaker you can decrease the bass level. You can have two speakers and run in LEFT/RIGHT model. Only problem is it doesn't have apt-LX bluetooth codec so when connected via bluetooth transmitters there's a noticeable delay so I can't use my soundbar via optical cable and this Bose speaker via bluetooth as the sound is not synced.

No substitute for Bose...
||Posted .This thing has some serious power. Perfect for a shelf speaker...I just keep my iPad mini connected to it via Bluetooth and it makes for a great shelf radio. It also looks very good in the dining room...

Great Sound, awesome bass. Works well-no flaws
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed.I am using this in my garage and it works nicely with deep bass and great overall sound. I have many Bose speakers and tried a few Sonos products but nothing works like a Bose, period!

Q: Questionis this appropriate for use with an iPod?I have an iPod with a simple port station. Would like a great sounding speaker wireless system that is compatible with my iPod.
Asked by suziezsong.
- A:Answer If your iPod has Bluetooth wireless technology built into it, you'd be able to connect wirelessly with this speaker. If it doesn't, you can still connect it to the auxiliary jack with a simple 3.5mm audio cable.

Q: QuestionAre there any other similar Bose speakers that I should consider before buying this one?1. I currently live in an apartment and hence I think SoundTouch 10 would suffice my living room - is there any room dimension that I should consider for SoundTouch 20 vs 10? 2. I would use this primarily to connect to TV (watching movies) - are there any other Bose products that I should consider before buying SoundTouch 10? Also, are there any good links to compare Bose products to choose the right one for my need?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer If you are using this for a TV i would not recommend the 10 because the spectrum of sound does not sound as defined as the 20. I use the 10 as a PC speaker and had to do alot of config on my PC EQ to get the sound balanced. The 20 has MUCH more balance out of the Box and can cover a much better spectrum of sound which would be better for TV/Movies.

Q: QuestionWhy is this called a wireless system when it has to be plugged in to play?
Asked by Craig.
- A:Answer Hi, Thanks for the great question. The phrase "Wireless" refers to how it connects to your WIFI and how it can connect via Bluetooth. It still needs to be plugged into AC for power. Have a great day!
