no battery...I tried unplugging it and it just shut down.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The SoundTouch 10 system does not have an internal battery so can only be powered through the mains transformer included with the system. The system can save iTunes media libraries into the app and these can be streamed to the system via the app. If the device is Bluetooth enabled you will be able to play iTunes and stream this to the speaker via Bluetooth. If the device is not Bluetooth enabled then you would not be able to stream directly from iTunes to the speaker.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is no rechargeable battery. And yes, it will play iTunes music.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.None of the SoundTouch 10, 20 or 30 have batteries. Fantastic system but not portable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There are no batteries in any of the SoundTouch systems. No it will not play selections from you iTune selections, even though it is on the enhancement list. Chances are Apple wants some steep fees from Bose, and I can't blame Bose for delaying when most of us use Pandora, Spotify, Deezer, Amazon music, iHeart Radio and Sirius/XM - not a bad set of options.
