“Our SoundTouch 10 speaker powered up with no problem from the on button or remote. Today, it will not power up. No light appears showing it is working. We plugged it in to other outlets; removed & replaced the power cord & still no power.”

Try using both the remote and the power button if that doesn't work take it back to the store it's broken
