- Answer I am not experiencing this. Mine cooks very evenly, so it might be a problem with your oven. I do turn mine about halfway through cooking, but that is a matter of personal preference since we like everything extra crispy.

QuestionDoes anyone know where I could buy a replacement circuit board for a BOV800XL? Ours now requires pressing the on button over and over until it starts. It's a very good toaster oven so I'd really like to fix it.

QuestionI just purchased mine. When I burned it in, the oven light worked. Two days later it doesn't turn on when I open the door or push the light button. Am I missing something or has the light burned out already?

- Answer Check the manual as it has removal procedures to check it. They will ship you a new bulb and you can ship the whole unit back for free.

QuestionThe fan from a previous convection oven (not a Breville) I purchased, went out within 6 months of using. We're thinking due to grease possibly getting in areas not cleanable. Is this something that I should maybe expect with convection ovens.

- Answer The convection fan unit on the Breville Smart Oven Pro is on the right side of the toaster oven and appears to be well made/vented/protected so I'm thinking it should be problem free. I just took a look at my GE Profile dual fuel convection oven and that fan housing unit seems similarly well made/vented and I've had this oven 14 years! The Breville Smart Oven Pro is awesome! You will love it and not regret the purchase one bit! :)
