Unlike a microwave, this toaster oven heats up a lot on top and sides. I would not recommend hanging under a cabinet with no clearance to any flammable surfaces. You might be able to create a cubby cabinet for it to sit in, as long as the instruction manual's minimum clearances are met.

This oven generates a lot of heat and it needs space to properly disperse the heat and not affect fans, springs and whatever else they have inside the walls.
