• You can't adjust for different types of milk with the BES876 Barista Express Impress. That is something that you can do with the BES881 Barista Touch Impress.

• As far as I know, you cannot change the steam temperature. Maybe somewhere in the manual, but I'm pretty sure you can use that temperature for any of the alternative milks including almond
