QuestionAsking again about total height of the Exp. Impress. Breville said it's 16.1" w/ hopper. I measured the Express (not Impress) which lists as 13" tall; it's 16" tall w/ hopper. See photo. Impress lists as 16.1" tall, so >18" tall w/ hopper?

- Answer it is NOT 16.1" - more like 16 3/8 to the top of the hopper. One one of the reasons I bought this was because I have 16 1/4" clearance on my countertops. You can can some room by taking off the rubber feet.

QuestionThe specs say this model does NOT have an integrated grinder, but it certainly appears to, since you can see a hopper for the beans - please clarify. Also, how many bars of pressure are generated by the pump?

- Answer Hello. It does look like the retailer website has the incorrect information regarding the grinder. It is as shown in the image. The machine does have a built-in grinder. The pump is a 15 bar pump.

QuestionWith the Impress having a water tank in back, what is the minimum clearance needed to remove the tank? I've got 20 inches total available. If doesn't need to be lifted out fully to remove sideways, should be good (just detach and slide to side). thx

- Answer There is no alert on my Breville Express. The water reservoir is clear, so I just look at the side of the machine at the reservoir and can quickly see where the water level is before I start making espresso. Unnecessary to remove the water reservoir to see the level provided you don't have something right next to the machine on both sides

QuestionHow are you supposed to clean the integrated tamp? When demo'ing in-store, I did notice that the front plate came off for accessibility to the tamp when in "parked" position, but it was still mostly tucked away inside of the unit.
