Any printer connected to a windows computer that has valid/working windows driver can be shared. Sharing is function of Windows OS not related to printer. Print job from other computers is sent to the main computer that the printer is connected to and "shared". The computer the printer is attached to must be on in order to print to shared printer. Otherwise you need a printer with its own network card and network connection.
