“I see that this printer includes a CD-ROM to install the software. Is there an online version of this? Our computers don't have CD-ROM reading capabilities.”

Yes there is a CD-Rom included to install the software. I pulled the printer out of the box, followed the instructions to start-up. My wifi found the printer and within minutes I was up and running. No CD-Rom needed.
