I have contacted Brother twice and they keep saying the cartridges will be available in 2-3 weeks. I am going to have to buy a new printer (NOT BROTHER).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had difficulty finding this ink also. I have the same exact printer which I bought on Amazon. I just found ink about a month ago. I have a feeling the cartridges I did get are old because I’m having trouble with the ink now every time I print. It’s very upsetting. It’s a good thing I only use it as a home printer because if I need it for work, it would be infuriating. I would suggest calling the company which is what I am going to do.
