For sure one page at a time you can scan in as one doc. I haven’t had to scan multiple utilizing the top feeder.

The Brother MFCJ1010DW can scan up to 20 pages at a time.

Yes, you place all the pages in the loading tray on top. Select the options to scan using the buttons on the front of the software you are taught to install. Then you can save it as a PDF.
