“What kind of scanning capacity does this have? I have to scan large files at times(30-40 pages, sometime 110-15 mb). Is this product capable of handling that work load?”

It might theoretically be possible but if you do this often the task would probably be a pain. The ADF is relatively slow and I haven't found a way to neatly stack originals once scanned. On the other hand, if large jobs are few and far between, it's an inexpensive scanner that works fine for small jobs.
