No. No extra wires. Just plug in and follow set-up directions.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you have WIFI, you do not need to connect it to your Router. Get technical support online. Instructions are fairly easy to follow. If you do not have Wifi, then you need a USB to USB cable that you might need to buy extra. Plug one end to your computer and the other end to your Brother Printer. I do not have a need for the faxing feature either. Mine is not connected to a telephone jack.
