• The black toner on comes in one size TN-221. The CMY cartridges come in high yield and are numbered TN-225. I too wish there was a higher yield black cartridge. The TN-221BK yields 2500 pages. Standard The TN-221CM or Y yield 1400 pages High Yield The TN-225CM or Y yield 2200 pages

• Yes.....Search for Tn225 which is the "High Yield" cartridges you are looking for. I believe the cost per page is the same or slightly less than the Tn221 cartridges.

• Yes, but usually only online....my local store doesn't keep them in stock

• There is only one black cartridge, but it is rated for 2500 copies. The color cartridges are less (1400) and do have a high yield version (TN225).
