A:AnswerI've not seen any other reviews that say the doors don't shut easily. The installers are coming back out and make sure the doors are level. I've seen this might be an answer. I certainly hope so. This refrigerator is much too expensive to have doors that don't shut.

A:AnswerHi there, and thanks for your interest in this quad-door refrigerator! While this unit is customizable with shelves and bins that can be removed and adjusted, there is not an extra tray to place on that basket. If the second basket has any sort of cover we don't recommend placing extra items there, to avoid exceeding any weight limits. However, the wine basket area does come with a solid shelf on top where additional items can be placed, and because the wine basket is in the convertible zone it can also have the temperature adjusted and be used for options other than wine as well. There are several pictures on the product page that show that part of the convertible zone being used, if that would be helpful. We're happy to inform you that the basket in the Convertible Zone can be removed. To do this, first pull the basket out all the way. Next, slightly lift the front of the basket and pull out. When opening the upper doors to 90 degrees, you would have full extension of both drawers and therefore, full access to items in these drawers. However, completely removing them is not possible when the doors are only open to 90 degrees.
For the bottom doors, with one door unable to fully open, it would prohibit the drawers on that side from fully extending. However, if you remove the door bins, then the drawers are fully accessible. With limited space, we recommend model CVE28DM5NS5. This has a similar freezer arrangement with the convertible drawer but does not require extra space for the freezer as it pulls out. A:AnswerI haven’t played with the ice maker too much. But it does produce about a gallon bucket size of ice. Mine filled within 24 hours. I’d say it’s the standard size ice cube.
A:AnswerI believe they can be taken off. However this refrigerator is very large barely fit through my 36” door frame. I don’t think it would fit through the 30” door even with doors off as the doors only add about 4” of width.
A:AnswerNot sure I understand the question, but both lower zones can be used as freezer space. They are two separate and independent spaces, and the lower right zone can be set to be either a freezer or a refrigerator. We're using ours as a refrigerator (and that seems to be the main focus since there's a small wine rack in that zone), but there's no reason you couldn't use it as a freezer if you need more freezer space. Even though we're only using the lower left freezer space, we feel like it has more usable freezer space than our old GE Monogram side-by-side had., and having the extra refrigerator space better fits our needs.
