“Installed yesterday and works well. Not sure what should have been delivered with the oven. There were 2 shelves but no temperature probe or instruction manual. Bestbuy said that was expected, but it would be nice to see an inventory with the oven.”

The temperature probe does come with the oven and it is with the instruction manual. So if you don't see the instruction manual that is probably why you also dont have the probe. It came in like a nice folder.
