• No Best Buy sucks when it comes to pre orders. They’ll tell you they can’t send you the code until the release date even thought your supposed to have access as a perk of being a pre order. I’ll be surprised if you even get the cosmetics for pre ordering. I recommend to going to any other retailer but Best Buy. They have no clue what they are doing

• I spoke with customer service and was informed that there is no early access code available for the campaign. However, I was told that the Soap Operator Pack is confirmed. Not sure about the Ghost Zombie Pack it should be

• I got my code sent to my email pretty much after I ordered and have early access to the campaign
