• PC version cannot be purchased at best buy. The Xbox version is for Xbox consoles. Xbox One, Series X, and Series S.

• Xbox Cross Gen is only for Xbox series and Xbox One. If you want pc, you gotta get it from Blizzard or steam.

• I'm guessing that the PC version is on steam homie. It is jsut found it there. You have to download steam and then download the game from there. It's pretty common in this PC era. I hope this helps.
