I had to call for refund because they could not generate the code.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Go in your best buy app or check your spam folder. You should have gotten the code 30 minutes to an hour later. I bought mine digital and that's how mine worked. If not, might want to call Best buy customer support.
