Does this replace the ink in my tr8500 printer null

Not sure - but if you open your printer and look at your cartridges, they have the number of the ink cartridge on them. These are "281" and fit my printer, which is a TS6320. Take a look at the number on your cartridges - they may be the same or, if not, they will tell you what you need.
