No, a 6D is EF mount only.

This lens is designed for the APS-C cameras (Rebels, 7D, 70D, 80D, for example) which have the smaller "crop frame" sensor size. The lens focuses the image onto an area that's big enough to cover the smaller sensor size, but not big enough to cover a full frame sensor. You'd get a horrible image that's kind of circular with a black surrounding area. To stop people running into this situation, Canon has designed this lens with the EFS mount, which can be attached to the APS-C cameras, but can't be attached to full frame cameras such as the 1D, the 5D and your 6D. If you think it's weird for Canon to create a lens with this restriction, bear in mind that there are a lot of Rebel users out there, and designing a lens for APS-C cameras means that it's smaller, lighter and cheaper than a lens that can cover a full frame sensor. So, there's a market for these low cost EFS lenses. Sadly, to get a wide angle zoom for your 6D, you're looking at something larger, heavier and, yes, more expensive!
