• The lens is listed as being compatible with the Canon Rebel 3Ti. This was purchased for a Rebel 2Ti.

• Yes, it will work on that camera and it definitely will allow you to get everyone in the shot. But just know, some of the pictures will be a little grainy and make sure you are shooting in RAW for best editing. With this lens not being a prime lens, it has a more grainy look on some pictures.
