Yes, with the right adaptor. However, the sound of the autofocus motors in the EF lenses can sometimes be heard as they are zooming/focusing. Something to consider if you're going to record sound with your videos. If you use 'jump-editing' you can eliminate those clips that contain the noise, providing the clip is not critical to the 'story'. I haven't tested it, but, the sound of the zooming/focusing might be able to be covered up with a sound track over the film.
