A:AnswerThis comes with "starter" cartridges which unfortunately has become the norm for all printer manufacturers. The cartridges are basically standard carts with about half the regular toner in them.
A:AnswerNot that I've noticed. The only thing I've noticed is that when printing photos, you can sometimes see lines, but they're very small and hard to notice. I've also printed out pages of my digital textbooks and it looks like a mass produced textbook on the pages. Very great quality.

A:AnswerNo, the MF654cdw takes 067 toner cartridges. For differences, see product spec sheet for each and compare them. They seem very close. I can only assume the 63X series is discontinued and the 65X series is its successor.
