Yes, I am running Mojave 10.14.4 on a MacBook Pro and the printer and scanner work great. To use the scanner, you need to use the “Canon IJ Scan Utility 2”. It is in the Canon Utilities that are installed when the drivers are installed. You should find it by using launch pad. Good luck.
