In my experience, having purchased at least 4 all-in-ones in the last 20 years, they don't do fax unless you specifically look for one that does. That's across the board with HP, Canon, Epson, and more.

Please try again later.This is Canon all in One for printing, scanning and copying but they have another all in one that offers faxing as well which is slightly expensive for that additional option. Maybe Canon made this without the fax option to give others who don’t need fax to be able to still use Canon of this model. Overall after researching a lottt and using Canon and after trying a number of different printer brands this is the best printer out there.
