“I've read some reviews complaining about its scanning capacity. I understand it doesn't have double sided scanning but does it jam if scanning 20 documents at a time using the autofeeder? Also are there issues with color leaking? Thanks!”

I have scanned 20 documents without issue and have not seen any color leaking problems with this particular printer. Also this printer does support duplex scanning. (Canon TS9521C) Two-sided scan and two-sided copy.
