Will the heart monitor work with this case? I read both yes and no in different reviews. null

The monitor will work but to use the ecg app it will not work because it doesn’t allow you to place your index finger directly on the crown

Unfortunately you are unable to use the heart monitoring feature with this case. In order to be able to take advantage of the monitoring, you are required to touch the Digital Crown and with this case thee Digital Crown is not accessible. However activity can still be tracked

Yes! I ride my bike all the time and it tracks heart rate just fine. Also works when you do the breathe app. Just keep it tight enough to your wrist.

Yes it does. There’s silicon on the bottom of the case where the heart rate monitor is allowing for contact with your skin to maintain accuracy l.
