• It is somewhat adjustable, it is a buckle wristband, with several holes. This was a gift for my son, so I don't know the diameter differences between the holes. It is leather, and not waterproof

• Don’t know if it’s waterproof but it does come with a tool where you can take the links out to fit you wrist.
