A:AnswerWorks great on a kia sportage. Use it to warm your car up in the winter. Just shut your car off if you go out to it before the 10 minutes time before auto shutdown. Start regular. I believe that if you have it running via the remote start it will shut of pressing any pedal or the gas...in park. Buy it. Worth it.
A:Answerdepends on how good you are with electronics on a car. You probably could. And If you want another remote button , the guy's in the shop at best buy will sell you one for $20.00 cash , no receipt, no tax.
A:AnswerDid you recently change your car batter, had a dead battery and got a jump or gave a jump to some...if so this might have reset the unit and it has to be reprogrammed. Bestbuy should do it for free. Just contact your location and schedule an appointment.
A:AnswerMake sure your car is locked prior to starting your vehicle via remote start. If your car still shuts off after it was locked, you should call Best Buy. But my Nissan is a push start and I was told this would happen if my car was not locked.
