But unfortunately I've been in a couple of spots where the internet is not so great so the car won't lock with the app on the phone and unlock with the mobile app. But for the most part I'm happy with it.

A:AnswerTo my knowledge Best Buy doesn't do manual remote start for safety reasons (If you leave the car in gear for example). But there may be some local shops who would do it, you just have to ask around
