Yes it is. Just keep in mind that you have to pay a monthly fee or a yearly fee and that's basically for the internet service that comes with the device. It works most of the time. But unfortunately I've been in a couple of spots where the internet is not so great so the car won't lock with the app on the phone and unlock with the mobile app. But for the most part I'm happy with it.
