Yes. Need to add a 24v transformer RH and W for heat from old stat Red and white wire. Add a 24v plug in transformer Use RC and C usually both wires are white

However, Sensi Lite (ST55) may be compatible with some two-wire systems without a C-wire. To get the standard Sensi working, you must either add a C-wire or use an adapter kit.
