“Purchased these in April 2020 to use with an XBOX and the sound already cuts out when the cord moves. How do I get them replaced under warranty since the cord does not appear to be removable. It appears that someone from Corsair reads this site. Thanks.”

• I'd go right to corsair with it, not back to BB.
