- Answer It works great for laptop or desktop computer. The padding on the ears and top of the headband make it easy to keep on for a long conference call without it bothering you.

- Answer This is a wired headset with a 3.5mm jack (TRRS) so it doesn't need to be charged. It does need a usb port if you want to use the usb dongle to enable virtual 7.1 surround sound a PC though.

QuestionPurchased these in April 2020 to use with an XBOX and the sound already cuts out when the cord moves. How do I get them replaced under warranty since the cord does not appear to be removable. It appears that someone from Corsair reads this site. Thanks.
