I just plugged it in my iMac desk top (head phone jack) right before opening Zoom and it works instantly, including the microphone.
You can even unplug it in-between and use your PC built-in speaker/mic and then switch back to head phone set again; iMac just switches along accordingly (I use the 'older' macOS Mojave 10.14 - I would assume that newer operating systems would do that too).
A:AnswerMike - it seems you and me are in the same boat. Mine stopped working after 6 months. I bought 2 sets. One is still working fine, but the fact that Corsair responds with the obvious like we are adolescents is very condescending and unprofessional. We submitted a ticket on their website 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing since, except for the damage control expert trolling the negative reviews stating basic recommendations without any real follow through or concern. Terrible company customer service.
A:AnswerThis happens to me when I’ve been taking my mic in and out of the headphones a lot and just either taking it out and putting it back in will help or make sure it’s pushed in all the way
A:AnswerYes you can, but I personally do not recommend it, it echoes bad in parties you dont hear it but your party teammates do, and not only their voice also the game sound echoes. It has a sound I like it's like deep movement sounds and crisp once you get used to it, I recommend the Hyper X Stinger although is made mainly from plastic and no metallic frame it a great mic superb sound and most importantly no echo. A:AnswerThe headset is compatible with any console/ device, Ex; PS4, PC, Mobile-ETC. When you connect the usb to the PS4 it should work but if not then go to settings and set up the headset.

You may try, of course, but it is not designed to work directly with the device. You can definitely plug in with the 3.5mm jack, however.
