I don't think that it has any noise cancellation, but the closed over-ear design blocks a good amount of noise.

I find that the soft padding does block out most noise however I don’t believe they are “noise canceling”

I do not believe there is any noise cancellation. They are over-the-ear headphones, so they do muffle outside sounds a little, but that's all.
