“If the USB adapter is connected to your computer but the headset is turned off, does sound come through other speakers or is there no sound at all?”

• Sometimes it does have no sound at all and I have to unplug the USB dongle.

• Hi Justin, You would want to change the output device in Windows to choose where your sounds comes out from. -Brian
