“Hello! I bought a Katar Pro Wireless from here and it worked great for a couple weeks. Basically I plug in the receiver and nothing happens, or I try to pair with bluetooth and it doesn't show up. The mouse also doesnt work with other computers any more”

Hi, You can re-pair the dongle and KATAR PRO WIRELESS via our complimentary iCUE software (https://www.corsair.com/us/en/icue). To re-pair, select the dongle in iCUE and click "Initiate" next to "USB Wireless Receiver Pairing".
