Customers are saying

Customers are pleased with the Katar Pro Wireless Optical Gaming Mouse's ease of use, wireless functionality, and lightweight design. Many appreciate its comfortable grip, responsive performance, and the long battery life, especially considering the affordable price. However, some users experienced connection issues and reported problems with the sensor and scroll wheel. Overall, the positive feedback on ease of use and value outweighs the negative comments regarding specific features.

I think the Katar Pro Wireless does a good job at being a mid-range, simple, and straight to the point gaming mouse. If you want a mouse that is compact, lightweight, and won't break the bank then the Corsair Katar Pro Wireless offers a surprising amount for its affordable price tag.

easy to use and install. light weight, has a nice shape for gripping. the sensitivity is much better than what I had previously had, maybe to better. I really like the wifi connectivity feature rather than the Bluetooth option.

Better than the Corsair Harpoon Wireless

I bought the Corsair Harpoon wireless mouse some months ago and it started double clicking on the left mouse button and I ended up losing one the essential pieces when I opened it up and tried fixing it. So I bought this mouse since the basic mouse that came with my computer that I was using as a replacement wasn't cutting it. This mouse is pretty much similar to the Harpoon wireless, the 2 main notable differences are the ergonomics and the battery. This mouse doesn't have the grooves on the side like the harpoon does, but that also means this mouse can be used comfortably with either hand. Since the Harpoon was more fitted towards right hand usage imo. For the battery, this mouse uses a single double AA battery instead of a rechargeable battery like the Harpoon wireless but theres no option to plug it in for wired use like the Harpoon but I bought it for wireless usage so that doesn't matter to me. Theyre both the same weight feel imo. Overall I feel this mouse is slightly superior then the Corsair Harpoon Wireless due to it being 10$ cheaper and uses a battery instead of a rechargeable battery. (I like things with rechargeable batteries but the battery in the Harpoon wireless was garbage, it would only last 2-3 days before needing to be recharged/plugged in) Also due to the fact that they're both pretty much the same except for the ergonomics and the battery. Tl;DR This mouse is a perfect mouse if you're looking for a inexpensive gaming mouse and its good for everyday use to. Even better if you can get it on sale!

If you're looking for a mouse with wireless and Bluetooth connectivity that are made for gaming and are cheap look no more. I use this one to play in my Gaming laptop and I couldn't be more happier. The response is super fast, it's lightweight and almost 0 input lag on the clicks. If you are in a tight budget, these are for you. If you have money to spare, then I would recommend the Dark Core SE.

This mouse is a very intact one. It does not have any loose part, you can tell the quality is as good as the other product you can get for this price( $30 - $40). However, there are several facts I would like to mention: 1. This mouse does not have a perfect pair with latest Mac system. Not to mention that the Receiver is Type A, after connected using the Bluetooth, I realized the side buttons where you could have been used to navigate the web actually does not work that way. It worked as a middle click. 2. I tried to download the software iCUE for Mac to customize the mouse, but after the installation and a mandate restart, it turned out this Katar Pro Wireless was actually not supported. 3. This mouse lost connection for 0.5 sec, once it sleeps. This happens when both using the Receiver on a PC and Bluetooth on a Mac. There is a GAME Mode you can switch to but I did not try that. Overall I think this is OK for the product, but considering the usability and hassles I mentioned above, I would recommend you give it a test before the decision.

Decent gaming mouse but had issues with initial start up. Kept on disconnecting randomly and mouse lift was so horrible on it (had sensor issues). I had to use a cloth mouse pad instead of my hard surface mouse pad to keep the sensor from having issues, which i found was an odd fix. Nonetheless when it had delivered to my house the package was opened even though I had orded product as new.

The mouse does its job but the software that you can download for the controls of the mouse didn't work for me and there's time the side buttons can be too sensitive. when I first bought this mouse I thought the light in the middle would stay on and change colours but it doesn't it just a light to indicate what settings you're in on the mouse. On the other hand, the mouse works as it should so I'm good with it.

Having a single mouse that can connect to my Macbook Air through bluetooth and desktop pc through dongle is real nice. It is light and comfortable wireless mouse. Only wish that the switch to toggle between wireless receiver and bluetooth was on the surface of the mouse instead of the underside.

I docked one star because out of the box it has a terrible sleep policy which takes a second to reconnect the mouse after sleep, this can be fixed in the software, but it is very jarring OOB. Shape is good, buttons feel good, tracking is great. GREAT Price!

This mouse really isn't fancy compared to most modern gaming mice. To me, it's main selling point is the fairly compact size and strong wireless connection with an added Bluetooth connection. I wouldn't ever choose a bluetooth connection for gaming, but this mouse seems to work as reliably and quickly over Bluetooth as it does using the wireless USB dongle. Recommended for use on-the-go or with laptops that lack a standard USB port.

Was looking for an affordable Bluetooth and usb dongle mouse. This fit the bill at $30. Switches seemlessly between modes so I can use it with two different devices. It’s a little unbalanced being heavier on the back side for those who use a fingertip grip. For the money, it gets the job done well. Not the best mouse I’ve ever owned, but it’s also one of the less expensive ones I’ve had. Would be 5 stars, but corsair icue sucks. Thankfully it’s a one time set it and forget it type thing with this mouse. Just set the dpi and that’s it.

Bought this mouse when it was on sale just to see how different it would be to play wirelessly... I was blown away! The freedom you get when there's no cord attached feels great! I love that you can set/save your DPIs to the mouse and can plug it into any other computer and not worry about iCUE. I also like the little compartment for the USB dongle, it's an awesome buy!
