A:AnswerHi,
Seems like it wouldn't as you'd be limited to 4gb modules: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201191#2

A:AnswerHi,
You would want to get 1600MHz memory for that system, from what I found online. But I'm also seeing you can indeed use a 16gb kit.

A:AnswerHello,
They wouldn't, it seems (from my research online) that you'd need DDR4 SO-DIMMs, please refer to each specific system's manual for more information, and do reach out if you have any other questions: support.corsair.com
A:AnswerHi,
I'm seeing online that you'd want to get 1600MHz, but 16gb should work.

A:AnswerThe thing you need to check is what type of memory your laptop needs. There are 2 types of DDR3 memory DDR3 and DDR3L. The difference between the 2 types is the DDR3L is a lower voltage memory which some laptops use. You need to determine which type of memory your laptop now has. It may state on the memory installed in the machine now or you may need to look up the laptop model you have and determine if it requires DDR3 or DDR3L. The two memory types are not compatible, your laptop will need one or the other.
A:AnswerHi,
I'm only seeing 1600 or 1866 memory being listed as compatible, please refer to your manual to confirm.

A:AnswerHi stockman,
We wouldn't be able to recommend mixing with any other memory whatsoever, as that was never tested in that system at the factory. Here's more information on the supported configurations: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201191#2

A:AnswerI do not have knowledge of what computer the kind of system Ram I had to purchase to have installed in my laptop would work in, I went online and entered the model of my computer and determined what type of ram will work that is what I would recommend anyone doing this process to do.
A:AnswerHi David,
Afraid not. From what I found, you'd need a DDR4 SO-DIMM kit @2400MHz.

A:AnswerHi Ponky,
I'm afraid I'm only seeing able to recommend up to a 8gb (2x4gb) memory kit at DDR3L 1600 or DDR3 1866.
If you have any other questions, please reach out: support.corsair.com
A:AnswerHi Wayno,
It will not, Apple only suggests using 4gb per open slot so you'd be forced to use a 8gb kit at most: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202283

A:AnswerHello Michael,

A:AnswerHi John,
It will not, from what I'm seeing online, you'd want to get a 1600 or 1866MHz kit for that laptop. All other parameters being fine: 2x8GB (16GB total). This kit should work out for you: CMSX16GX3M2A1600C10
