Hi John, It will not, from what I'm seeing online, you'd want to get a 1600 or 1866MHz kit for that laptop. All other parameters being fine: 2x8GB (16GB total). This kit should work out for you: CMSX16GX3M2A1600C10 If you have any other questions, please reach out: support.corsair.com
