Whatever countdown time you set (in your case 2.00 Minutes) that starts after the pressure cooker is pressurized (pressurization may take 7-10 minutes, depends on the volume of liquid in it) After is pressurization is completed, countdown time begins and at 0.00 heat will stop, the 10 minutes thing you mentioned might be the time showing you how long ago the heating was stopped. Our Crockpot was leaking from the seal so I had to return that back and bought another brand.
