If there is no cell service the device will not be able to report its location, it will store the locations recorded from satellite but will not be able to upload it to the app until it has a cellular signal. Subscriptions l start at $16.50 billed annually and $19.95 for monthly. The subscription can be canceled and restarted at any time, the plan will run to the end date.
