It depends on how often you set it to send gps reports. You can select from one to ten minutes. So, updating every ten minutes uses less battery. You can also designate wifi zones that automatically put it into power saving mode. (See photos)

The Cubes battery can last up to 60 days depending on the adjustable update intervals.
