• That's exactly why I bought it. It works great. I can sit on the sofa well supported and don't feel like I am going to fall. It has different settings. So far I've only used the first two. Almost feels effortless. Gets heart pumping and you can do it slowly or quickly. Very user friendly. I have neurothrapy pain, and this helps by getting movement and circulation improvement. It's heavy, but not too heavy. The handle helps me move it into place. I put it on a bath rug to also help move it and protect the floor. I'm happy I bought it.
