A:AnswerI use it for about 30 minutes at a time. I don't use it every day just when it is convenient to use it. I thought I would use it more but I do not as using it while I am on my computer is distracting me.
A:AnswerThat's exactly why I bought it. It works great. I can sit on the sofa well supported and don't feel like I am going to fall. It has different settings. So far I've only used the first two. Almost feels effortless. Gets heart pumping and you can do it slowly or quickly. Very user friendly. I have neurothrapy pain, and this helps by getting movement and circulation improvement. It's heavy, but not too heavy. The handle helps me move it into place. I put it on a bath rug to also help move it and protect the floor. I'm happy I bought it.
A:AnswerUnlike on elliptical machines, on a rowing machine you work out in a seated position so your knees will not have to support your body weight. As a result, your knees should feel considerably less stress when exercising. However proper rowing technique requires the ability to fully bend and extend your legs when starting a rowing motion.
A:Answer27 lbs., yes I price matched, same price as Amazon, except 1 got it delivered 3 wks faster than Amazon because they aren't shipping items fast, unless they're "Essential". Warranty is listed on website.
A:AnswerYes, you can use this with a wheeled desk chair so long as you are pedaling with your knees instead of your hips, else you would push your chair further away. Ours rests on a carpeted floor and is used with a desk chair that's wheeled and resting directly on the carpet (and not on a desk chair mat) and there are no problems with being pushed away. The unit is weighted well enough to rest on carpet or hardwood and won't move, though carpet does offer more resistance if you are pedaling hard.
