• It does not go around like other said. I'm not sure why they said that. It simply goes forward and back. nothing more.

• It goes around. One thing to note is that it can be hard on your knees. I have knee issues and I did not like the way it put a lot of pressure on my knees. Many other people like it but it wasn't for me.
