• I am 5'3" and am able to sit at a dining room chair and pedal. However, I cannot sit on a chair with wheels and pedal. I would wonder if having a chair with wheels would interfere with using it at your desk. I hope this helps.

• Yes, I use this at my desk during the day and I have a chair with wheels, this works best if you have a carpeted floor or rug. If not, I make sure that one of the wheels is aligned with the center of the Cubii and I put a rubber mat under the chair to help in stabilizing it. I hope this helps.
